Welcome to the Lenore's Pantry and Market located in North Attleboro. This is our online registration form. Please provide as much detailed and accurate information as possible. The more information you are able to provide, the better we are able to support you.

IMPORTANT: After you complete the form, you will be provided a client specific id card that is unique to you. Once you see the card, continue scrolling down the page until you see the options to SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT and EMAIL SCHEDULING LINK. You will want to email scheduling link so you can schedule future appointments.

When scheduling your first appointment, please select "NEW SHOPPER APPOINTMENT" as this will allow more time for us to walk you through the pantry and provide guidance during your first shopping experience.
